About the service
Based on CITRA’s BiLaw that supports the handling of country code top level domain of the State Of Kuwait ccTLD .KW, and according to Registry-Registrar model which states that registering new domains should be done by private companies working in that specific field and is authorized by CITRA:
- The accredited registrar should have an online website and able to integrate with the Registry and provide online payment services
- The main responsibilities of the Accredited Registrars are as follows:
Registration and renewal of domain licenses under .kw for individuals and/or companies.
Managing existing domains and updating the domains information.
Keeping the registrant information up to date.
Alerting the customers about domain expiration.
