This section contains all services of CITRA. Each service page includes service description, required documents, procedure steps, fees and service duration.

Reports and Data

This section includes the annual reports of CITRA, its studies as well as all other publications issued, including strategies, regulations and notices.

This section includes the latest news and events related to CITRA, as well as the press tools page, which contains all press releases related to the Authority.

This section contains contact form to communicate with employees of CITRA, social media page of the Authority, the most FAQ’s and the recruitment page.​

Complaints

This page includes the complaints service to communicate with CITRA, and to report any conflict that consumers may face.​

Change colors

If you find it difficult to read text with some background color combinations, such as white text on a black background, you can change the background colors in your browser easily:

1. Internet Explorer:

Select the Tools menu with your mouse or by pressing Alt + T.

Select Internet Options using the mouse or by pressing the O key.

Select the Accessibility button with your mouse or by pressing Alt + E.

When the Accessibility window is displayed, check the box next to Ignore colors specified on web page using the mouse or by pressing Alt + C.

Press the OK button with the mouse or by pressing the Enter key, which will return you to the Internet Options window.

The site will now use the color scheme on your device.

2: Firefox:

Select the Tools menu using the mouse or by pressing the key.​

Press Options with the mouse or by pressing the O key.​

Click Content.​

​Press Colors.

​Select the box next to Use system colors.

​Then choose from the Override the colors specified by the page with your selections above list below: Always.​​​​​
