A service currently being licensed by CITRA that allows a subscriber of a network operator to send an SMS and participate in the dialogue, vote, participate in the media or request information, data, news, photos or movies. It is operated by licensed mobile operators in the State of Kuwait which enable the provision of service messaging services.
