User and service provider conflicts

About the service

CITRA regulates the relationship between users and service providers in accordance with the laws and regulations put by the Authority. In the event of an infringement or any complaint by a subscriber against a service provider where there is an inability to reach a resolution, CITRA allows the subscriber to file a complaint through the Authority to resolve the dispute between both parties.

    STEP 3CITRA will review the suggestion and contact the subscriber as soon as possible

  • Copy of Civil ID of the complainant
  • Reference number of the complaint
  • User’s personal number and any documents relevant to the complaint
