CITRA regulates the relationship between users and service providers in accordance with the laws and regulations put by the Authority. In the event of an infringement or any complaint by a subscriber against a service provider where there is an inability to reach a resolution, CITRA allows the subscriber to file a complaint through the Authority to resolve the dispute between both parties.
