Required Documents
  • Officical letter addressed to CITRA to renew authorization.
  • Copy of signature approval.
  • Attach Client version of release notification.
  • Fill out and attach the wireless traffic record form.
  • Fill out and attach a notification form for selling wireless devices. (if applicable)
  • Fill out and attach a notification form for delivery of wireless devices - GPS Tracker. (if applicable)
