The head of the Kuwaiti delegation, His Excellency the Minister of State for Communication Affairs, Omar Al-Omar, received the presidency of the Digital Cooperation Organization for Kuwait for its fifth session in 2025 from His Excellency the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Sami Smeirat, of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The delegation of the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority, led by Eng. Manal Al-Mazyad, Acting Head of Supervision Sector, participated in the General Assembly meetings of the Digital Cooperation Organization during its fourth session.​
