The Acting Chairman of the Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), Eng. Abdullah Al-Ajmi, discussed with the Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Philip Marnick, issues related to enhancing joint cooperation in the fields of telecommunications regulation. The authority said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday that the two sides also discussed enhancing cooperation in the field of information technology and exchanging expertise and successful experiences between the two countries. The statement added that this meeting comes within the framework of continuous efforts to strengthen bilateral relations and develop the telecommunications sector to serve common interests.
