About the service

Approve the release of the telecommunication devices, accessories and spare parts through the different customs ports or re-export it for repairs and returns.​

Procedures

Receive the service request ​

STEP 2

Request review and approval / disapproval 

STEP 3

Release the devices

STEP 4

Shipment clearance 

Required Documents

  • Fill out & attach the required service application form.
  • Technical specifications of the devices.
  • Copy of shipment policy.
  • Copy of shipment invoice.
  • Copy of Customs Declaration.
  • Copy of CITRA Authorization for the imported devices.​

Service Fee

  • 20 KD.

Duration

1 Hour if the customs procedures are done and the shipment is ready for inspection.
