About the service

Authorization to use the paging system to connect a group of individuals with each other and within a certain area to create a highly efficient and reliable communication environment. This service is used in hospitals, factories, commercial complexes and others.

Procedures

Receive the service request

Request review and approval / disapproval 

STEP 3

Fee Payment

STEP 4

Issue & print authorization 

STEP 5

Deliver the authorization

Required Documents

  • Official letter addressed to CITRA requesting the authorization.
  • Copy of the civil card of the applicant or authorized signatory.
  • Copy of signature approval.
  • Copy of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry licenses.
  • Copy of the Company’s establishing contract.
  • Fill out & attach the required service application form.
  • Technical specifications of the devices.​

Service Fee

  • 100 KD per frequency.
  • 10 KD for each device that will operate at the authorized frequency.​
