Authorization to use telecommunication devices for fixed and mobile services on the frequencies HF, VHF, UHF and Microwave.

Official letter addressed to CITRA requesting the authorization.
Copy of the civil card of the applicant or authorized signatory.
Copy of signature approval.
Copy of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry licenses.
Copy of the Company's establishing contract.
Fill out & attach the required service application form.
Technical specifications of the devices.
A list contain all Telecommunication devices including: (Brand, Model, Output power, quantity of each model).
Copy of vehicle license (if a device will be installed in vehicles).
