About the service

​CITRA regulates the relationship between users and service providers in accordance with the laws and regulations put by the authority. In the event of an infringement or any complaint by the user against a service provider and the inability to reach a resolution, CITRA allows the user to file a complaint through the authority to resolve the dispute between the two parties

Procedures

STEP 1

Sign in or create a new account to CITRA's website

STEP 2

Fill in the form and attach the required documents electronically

STEP 3

CITRA will review the suggestion and contact the user as soon as possible

Required Documents

  • Copy of Civil ID of the complainant
  • Reference number of the complaint
  • User's personal number  
  • Any document relevant to the complaint​
