Required Documents

Official letter addressed to CITRA requesting the authorization.
Copy of the certificate passing the course of the Kuwaiti Amateur Radio Society.
Copy of the civil card of the applicant (must be over 21 years old).
Fill out & attach the required service application form.
Technical specifications of the devices.
Copy of the vehicle license (if a device will be installed in vehicles).
