About the service

​Currently, licensed companies in the State of Kuwait that offer internet through internet providers need to submit a request to CITRA to renew their license until licensing regulations are set by the authority.

Procedures

STEP 1

​Receive the service request 

STEP 2

Request review and approval/disapproval 

STEP 3

Fee Payment with bank guarantee 

STEP 4

Issue and print authorization

STEP 5

Deliver the authorization 

Required Documents

  • ​Commercial registration of applicant
  • Leasing contract of applicant
  • License civil number
  • Authorized signature
  • Certificate of Kuwaitization percentage of applicant
  • Fire department license of applicant
  • Chamber of Commerce registration certificate of applicant
  • Bank guarantee to CITRA ​

Service Fee

  • Bank guarantee of 75,000KD
  • Annual subscription of 75,000KD paid in advance.
