About the service

The protection of consumer rights is a primary concern for CITRA. Consumers who think that their rights might have been violated or infringed upon are asked to report the incident to CITRA by following the below steps depending on consumer type.​

Procedures

    STEP 1For Personal: Sign in or create a new account on CITRA’s website

    STEP 2 Fill in the form and attach the required documents electronically

  • 3

    STEP 3 CITRA will review the suggestion and contact the subscriber as soon as possible

    STEP 4
    For Corporate: Sign in or create a new corporate account on CITRA’s website

  • 5

    STEP 5 Fill out the relevant form and attach the required documents online

  • 6

    STEP 6  CITRA will review and process the complaint, and the subscriber will be contacted in due course

Required Documents
  • ForPersonal:
  • Copy of Civil ID of the complainant
  •  Reference number of the complaint
  •  User’s personal number and any documents relevant to the complaint
  • For Corporate:
  • Official letter addressed to Citra with following information:
  • o Name of authorized person
  • o Contact Number
  • o Email Address
  • Copy of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry licenses.
  • Copy of Contract with service provider
  • Copy of Complaint from service provider
  • All Documents related to the complaint
