STEP 2 Fill in the form and attach the required documents electronically
STEP 3 CITRA will review the suggestion and contact the subscriber as soon as possible
STEP 4For Corporate: Sign in or create a new corporate account on CITRA’s website
STEP 5 Fill out the relevant form and attach the required documents online
STEP 6 CITRA will review and process the complaint, and the subscriber will be contacted in due course
